The proximity to the highway made for a noisy night's sleep!!! Also, parking was a hassle, especially with crowded conditions during peak times!!!

good stay but breakfast confusion
The queen room with two queen beds was clean and comfortable, offering a cozy atmosphere for a solo traveler. Staff approached me politely when I checked in, which added a personal touch to the experience.
I was disappointed that the advertised breakfast buffet was not available.

We loved our stay with the pups! The hotel was super accommodating, and we enjoyed a wonderful breakfast selection where kids eat free. Plus, we visited the Knoxville Zoo. it was so much fun checking out all the animals!
My kids wished the pet fee was lower.

Clean and modern decor stood out during the visit. Staff were friendly, though the high beds proved a bit challenging to get into. The breakfast cost was unexpected so it might catch travelers off guard. Overall, a decent experience with some room for improvement.

Had an awesome time with my friends! Visited the zoo, which is home to over 800 animals, and grabbed some tasty breakfast at a nearby spot with a great selection. Kids 11 & under eat free, and lots of budget-friendly options are around. Enjoyed a night out in Market Square too! Beds were comfy, and the room was clean and modern. Would definitely recommend it for a group getaway!
We faced a hiccup during our stay when the hotel didn’t have recycling options. It was a bummer having to take recyclables home instead of disposing of them properly at the hotel.

Perfect stopover in Knoxville
Checked in for a night and it was awesome! The room was super clean and comfy—had a fridge and microwave too, which was a nice touch. The breakfast was solid with plenty of choices. Only thing was I didn't hear about some stuff until I asked, but it didn’t ruin my chill vibe.

Just a smart choice for a short staycation in Knoxville with good value for price. Our room was clean, and I loved having a fridge to store snacks. If you're a light sleeper, ask for a room away from the freeway.
